There are several different avenues for help while working in the digital portfolio system:
- Chat - when you are working in Foliotek you will see an icon in the top bar of the window to chat with a Foliotek technician live. Chat is available Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Help - the Foliotek program also has a help icon located in the top bar of the window. When you are editing a portfolio, there are two different kinds of help offered when you click on this icon; a Quick Tutorial or the Full Help. The Quick Tutorial is a simple walk through of the key features in Foliotek Presentation while the Full Help will get you through pretty much all of your problems. The Full Help is always available no matter where you are in the program.
- ATAS - you can contact ATAS with any questions about Foliotek accounts, creating a portfolio, assigned portfolios for a class, or any aspect of the digital portfolio process. You can call the office during business hours at 509-313-3972 or stop by room 303 of the Foley Center Library. The best way to contact ATAS is through the departmental email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
